Tuesdays at Bradenton Rec - Fall of 2026

Absolute Beginner (AB) is for those first timers with no experience or for those needing a refresher on the common patterns for ultra beginners or you just like the pace of this class and keep coming back for more 😉 A few sessions of this class is recommended before moving up. Take your time and get the best experience possible. 

AB Code - DAN5124 - Tuesdays - 10/6 to 11/3 - 9:20 to 10:20am

Beginner is for those who have either taken the AB class and feeling ready or already have a good understanding and experience of the basics. This class does raise the level of difficulty from the AB class and we like to think the fun as well. Touch base with us if you would like to talk about it. We want your experience to be the best it can be.

Wednesday at Bradenton Rec - Fall of 2026

Improver is for those who have a full understanding of the AB and Beginner patterns and can hear the name of a pattern and complete it with only minor assistance. While AB and to a certain extent Beginner deals with - do this on the right and do the same on the left - the class will mix the patterns, teach new ones and also start to teach more styling, musicality and PIZZAZZ to your step. We want your experience to be the best it can be. 

Improver Code - Wednesdays - DAN5351 - 10/7 to 11/4 - 10:15 to 11:30

Note: In The Villages you may see a numbering system when referring to classes AB, Beginner, etc. It is a very easy explanation but might still leave one with questions. It is 1-5: AB, Beginner, Improver, Intermediate, Advanced. For us we prefer the added names like Absolute Beginner, Experienced Beginner, Improver, Intermediate and Advanced. The last 4 are easier to convey the level. The first two, 1 and 2 or AB and Beginner, need more of an explanation to find that happy place as soon as possible.

Welcome to "your" website. It is our goal to create a one stop shop for your class needs. Be it your class curriculum, step sheets, music, videos, contact information or dance related events coming up, we just want to spread that five letter word. DANCE!

Website Guide to Pages: 

1. Page: Click on Your class name above if on a computer. On a smart phone click on the 3 lines top right.

Choose from the drop down menu. 

You class page will appear. You will see the time of year (Fall, Winter, Spring). 

Across from the week # will be the name of the dance to be taught.

To see a pdf description of the dance click on the name in Blue

This takes you to another website which is a great resource for dances, videos and music. 

To see if there are videos showing you the dance, you will find them using a computer on the right hand side of the step sheet or on a smart phone at the bottom of the step sheet you clicked on.
